First is the Badge of the Order of St. Vladimir of the fourth class with swords on red and black ribbon. Second is medal commemorating the Bicentenary of the victory at Poltava on blue ribbon. On the front is a profile of Peter the Great, on the back inscription in Cyrillic. Third is a medal commemorating the Centenary of the Patriotic War of 1812 on red and black ribbon. On the front is a profile of Emperor Alexander I, on the back is inscription in Cyrillic. Fourth is a medal commemorating the Tercentenary of the Reign of the House of Romanov on white, orange, and black ribbon. On the front portraits of Emperor Nicholas II and Tsar Mikhail, on the back is inscription in Cyrillic.
