About this object

Formed of double headed eagle in gold enameled black with imperial crowns and on its breast a cross enameled red with a white border and on this a gold eagle with crown and the feathers enameled white. On reverse the feathers of the gold eagle are enameled black and affixed to it is a small cross enameled white with red edges and with gold flames between the arms of the cross. In center of cross is a gold medallion with the gold letter M. Whole is suspended from a gold imperial crown enameled red with white pearls for the border and a ribbon in light blue.
