The brooch takes the form of a flower. The pistil of the flower is comprised of a cluster of round brilliant-cut diamonds, and its nineteen petals are 'mystery' set with calibré-cut rubies. The petals turn, twist, and overlap one another. The piece is mounted in gold and platinum.
