About this object

The pin has two parts. At the top is an eagle with outspread wings. His claws are holding a rectangular plaque below which is enameled with three longitudinal bands in red, white and blue. The bands are inscribed with gold letters that read: Repeal (on the red band), 18th (on the white band), and Amendment (on the blue band).
