The front of the round medallion is engraved with the calendar for the month of June 1958 in a square. A small diamond is set on the calendar to mark the 18th day. The four sides around the square have been etched with a rayed design as background. On the reverse it is engraved: Marjorie with Love Peggy and Howard. There is a suspension ring at the top.
