About this object

Holder is of usual shape with a rectangular handle. Surface is stippled and has an all over pattern of leaves and flowers in filigree enamel of various colors and an upper and lower edging of turquoise enamel dots. Handle has floral motifs in filigree enamel of various colors on a pale blue ground.
