About this object

The ormolu frame is oval in shape. It has a pinecone at the top which rests on ormolu acanthus leaves. The tripod ormolu base has garlands of leaves as decoration. This rests on a triangle of black mottled marble. The frame contains a miniature of CW Post. He is shown bust length, facing forward. He wears a plain black suit with a stickpin.
