On the front is a bust of Catherine the Great facing to the left and an inscription around it. On the obverse in the center is a star of the Order of St. George surrounded by the ribbon and badge. Around this an inscription. Ordered by the White Russians to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Russian Imperial Order of St. George.
