About this object

The lamp has two parts. The upper part which attaches to the wall and the lower lamp itself. The lamp has three arms which project from a central bowl. This is decorated with three human heads and swags of leaves in high relief. It is hung from three chains which are suspended from one chain. This hangs from the mouth of a horizontal snake which projects from a disc decorated with a Medusa-like head in high relief. This is attached to the wall.
