Top of key is in the form of the Russian Imperial double headed eagle. On its breast, a shield bearing the cipher of Alexander III surrounded by the chain of the Order of Saint Andrew. Shaft is entwined with a garland. Key itself is apointed quatrefoil. End is rounded.
