Footed plate with Christ holding the orb and sceptre in one hand and giving the blessing with his right hand. Rays of light (silver alternating with niello) shine forth from his halo. Christ is shown in bust form above billowing clouds. Inscription around edges is broken by four circles with niello/silver wave-like pattern.

mark KK for maker Kuz'ma Ivanovich Konov mark Delta inscription se agnetz bozhi vzimlyai grekhi mira. Translation: "this lamb of God take the sins of the world" (Lamb of God, you take away sins of the world). The word "vzimlyai" is an old Slavonic word meaning someone who took somthing upon himself. This is a citation from Chapter 1, verse 29, St. John's Gospel.
