Tea caddy is square with rounded corners and shoulders and a round bulbous screw cover. Interior is silver gilt and ther is an interior cover. On each face is a view of Moscow, several of the Kremlin and one of St. Basil's church in niello. Corners amd shoulders have nielloed designs in scrolls. On cover is monogram of original owner.
