About this object

At top the head of Juan Ponce de Leon. Then below his coat of arms, a fort, a church and a city gate. Along the handle of the spoon St. Augustine and 1565. In bowl is a view of the Ponce de Leon Hotel. On back of handle is a picture of one of his ships.
