About this object

Pieces containing glass have a cut design of several thumbprint oval medallions surrounded first by a row of dots, then by a leaf and flower spray. A sunburst is on the bottom of the glass pieces. The design on the silver is a central oval medallion with the initials MPD surrounded by a narrow border interrupted by scrolls.
