About this object

Statuette of Peter the Great in multi-colored golds is after Falconet's statue in front of the Admiralty. It stands on a polished emerald imitating the huge block of Finnish granite on which the original stands and its inscriptions. At base of emerald is an imitation of the stones of the original and around this is a gold and black enamel fence.
