About this object

The whistle is shaped with a bulging middle and narrowed top and bottom. The upper portion has two tiers and ends in a rounded knob with a button on top. The bottom has a cut out for the opening for air. It ends with a collar and a rounded end. It is possibly made from two pieces of bloodstone since there is a gold band around the middle. At the upper end is a gold ring for suspension.
