Tell your friends:

Do you appreciate orchids but are tired of growing the same type again and again? Looking for alternatives to spice up the standard houseplants you’ve had for years? Have faith! This workshop will cover everything you need to know about dendrobiums, oncidiums and paphiopedalums (Lady Slippers).  These orchids are guaranteed to be easy to grow in a home environment while providing you with long-lasting beautiful flowers. They are becoming more readily available in local nurseries. You’ll learn everything from repotting techniques to how to get your orchids to rebloom year after year. Your family and friends will be impressed with your exotic “house plants”!  Handouts will be provided.

Led by Jason Gedeik, head of greenhouse and design operations. Payment is required in advance due to materials fees, and is non-refundable. This program is limited to 10 people, and must have a minimum of 5 participants to take place.  In the event that workshop is cancelled, participants may choose to participate in another session.
