Position: Accounting Clerk

Our finance operation is looking to expand its team with an Accounting Clerk. The individual we seek will be hands-on, willing to roll up his/her sleeves and work independently with limited supervision. Specific duties will include processing and logging-in checks and cash receipts; preparing bank deposits; processing credit card receipts; preparing spreadsheets and reports; assisting with monthly journal entries and general filing.
The ideal background would include:
· 3+ years of similar experience in a non-profit organization accounting operation.
· General ledger and accounting system experience (MIP Fund
Accounting is a plus). Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
· Able to communicate orally and in writing in a highly
· Associate degree in accounting or equivalent training.
