About this object
This goblet is part of a service that was ordered in 1912 for the commemoration of the Romanov Tercentenary in 1913.
On one side is engraved the imperial double headed eagle, enamelled in black with the three crowns, sceptre and globe, all in gold. The sprays of leaves and flowers to the right and left of the eagle are also in gold. On opposite side is a monoram. Baluster shaped stem is faceted, while foot is plain.
