The Order of Juan Pablo awarded to MMP by President Trujillo. The cross is in silver with white and blue enamel. In the center is the bust of Duarte with the inscription HONOR Y Merito. On the reverse is a coat-of-arms. The order is suspended from a silver wreath witha white and blue moiré ribbon. For the rank of Commander. Order came in a rectangular Cartier box
