The sides of this silver frame are decorated with wide reeding ending in plain squares at each corner. At the top center is a silver gilt medallion with the presidential seal. The frame contains a black and white photograph of John and Jacqueline Kennedy mounted on paper that is inscribed and dated June 1963.
