About this object
The cigar cutter is shaped somewhat like a pair of scissors. Outlining the handles and the blade is a narrow band of white enamel dots enclosing an area covered with bright green enamel. The tip is rounded and there is a hole in the center of the cutter for the cigar tip. The holes of the scissor are large and oval in shape. There is a small rosette in the very tip of the cutter.
